Surely, they would need a warrant for such a thing? If this is the case then the same can be said for my country.

It's a build-up of things. Even somebody grassing you up doesn't get your door booted open. This just gives the police reason to hunt for evidence, the power company is a good place to start. The police need quite a bit of evidence before they can come and get you.

lol none anywhere in Canada.. I know this post is like a few months old but just so everybody is clear.. There are no Coffee shops in Canada (well none for anybody without a medical card).... Just alot of potheads and cool headshops..
