Check King's Cross. Usually one in front of the Bourbon or Picolo Bar. Coogee Beach is also has a fairly bohemian vibe, weed is usually one or two surfers away. Bartenders on the second floor of the 3 wise monkeys will usually be able to point you in the right direction if asked discreetly... Also, ask around for the number of the Taxi Service. They got caught right when I left, but those guys were too organized. It wouldn't surprised me if they resurfaced by now (bit of a long shot, but what the hell).

Oh! This will sound rascist, be damn sure about what you are getting into when you buy off Aboriginals (If you live in Sydney, you know the ones). The often rip off people with their shit (and sometimes even fake) weed. Also they frequently rob idiots of their money, or a gang relieves them of their valuables soon after. No joke, particularly in Red Fern and Maroubra. I should also note, they target white people almost exclusively... although I can't imagine why *cough*.

Hahaha it's not racist. In HIgh School my mate and I would buy from the block (everleigh st, right next to redfern station) and they were renowed for fucking people over. Happened to my mate a couple of times, do the deal in the dark, hand over the money. You don't realise you have grass clippings, or wet leaves until you hit redfern station.

Might try coogee -- checking out my newtown contacts. Pain in the arse to get to, but I'm guessing everyone local is dry atm. Bastards :P
