i dont think they can arrest u for calling a dealer, if they call you somehow like trace ur number, say ur a friend and u wanted to invite him out or somethin, where are you situated, i ask bcoz i know in a broke area the feds wont go after some pothead but in a richer area its zero tolerance.

nah ur fine.They wanted you to incriminate your friend.They do it all the time around here when someone gets booked for selling.They start calling all the numbers in there phone lol.

However, if your dealer knows that you are growing, he might grass you up.

that happen to my boi before he got arrested then they where answering his calls for like 4 or 5 hours and they where aressting everybody that came to meet them but a lot of his customers beat the case they said it was entrapment

iremember back in my day of tweeking i went over to my dealers house and a person i never seen answerd the door. i asked if frank waz here and he said no , but im taking care of busness i said i was here to look at the tiers he has for sale.. he said i can't help there but i can with anything else you want. i said nothing else here i want and i left..

I would be calling that number a lot, asking for different people for different reasons. Then give the number to friends and tell them to do the same.

Not breaking a law by calling a cell phone.
