Yes it was a great speech. Any reasonable person listening to him would have to admit the government has been lying about it for decades. I thought with a Democrate as Governor and a majority in the house, it would be a done deal. Especially with the problems of the budget. Hope we have enough signatures to put it on the ballot for 2008, thats for medical. Its just the right thing to do. VV

11 oz every month for 25 years...i would imagine his tolerance is through the roof.

It's to bad more people like him aren't coming forward, I know people that are very successful bussinessmen, suit and tie, driven, intelligent with job title that consist of 3 letter initials. These people love the herb and it has done them no harm. But they keep it on the low down so as not to tarnish their image. Instead most people think of cannabis users as a bunch of cheech and chong clones. People that don't know about herb think everybody that uses it is a "dumb lazy stoner"
So to those of you out there that really are dumb lazy stoners.... Stop it! You're fucking things up for the rest of us!

I think the whole reason the feds have basically shut down the federal medical marijuana program is because it sets a president for state medical marijuana and hell you just can't have the states doing that kind of crazy shit on their own!
