i know this thread is old but no one ever addressed how the cops got the warrant. THAT'S the story. the story in the first post is just a bunch of nothing. the bread and butter of the story is how the warrant was obtained, and there's no mention of it. how exactly does a random guy get raided by the police? so yeah, i'm a non believer until someone can tell me what these people are doing to get noticed.

Sorry but the kid probably ran his mouth about growing... keep your mouth shut and keep it to yourself and no matter what size you grow you have a *WAY* better chance of never getting caught then if you are stupid and talk about it to everyone or just *one* wrong person.

Just because they are cool to tell now, you never know what people will do in any circumstance. Maybe your buddy wants to grow his own now and take you out of the picture for competition? Maybe your sisters ex-boyfriend that was cool but now your sister pissed him off and dumped him. Who knows.. use common sense people.

People in my region without medical would be looking at 7 + years for simple* possession even without cultivation. So. "Upwards of 3 years jail" is pretty easy for cultivation, possession, and intent to distribute.. When you look at the big picture.

I have a small grow tent.. The name of the product is, "GrowLab".... Literally written on the tent .

well, the article does say "drug trafficking"

so, according to that the dude was selling..

but difficult to be sure if the cops are lying or exaggerating or not..

There is less chance of smaller growers getting caught..

for obvious reasons..

but anyone that thought smaller growers are Completely safe, was a bit off..

no sell, no tell, no smell.

..even then a freak accident might get ya in trouble..


but

if you have all bases covered, a freak accident of that nature, would be extremely rare.

so it makes me think, even though he hid his grow well, he told someone that should´nt have known.

maybe he had alot of guests over that he did not know well and his carbon filters failed.

or his ex girlfriend fucked him.

or something like that..
