I swallow from time to time and I imagine it is a little more harmful because you are not exhaling the smoke like you usually do.
Although it wouldn't stop us, I'm sure the body isn't made to handle swallowed smoke..

i noticed i was geting higher than everybod<y else so i tried to figure out what i did diffrent, i after a while discoverd that i was swalloing the smoke alng with inhaling it.

since then i've had the theorie that it gets you high as shit to smoke that way.
you just backed up my thoery

I haven't tried it with drinking anything, but I once swallowed every hit from an eigth of OG Kush and it made me pass out =)

Just hold in your toke for as long as you can, practically no smoke will be exhaled because your lungs have had time to absorb it.
