2 litter bottle
plastic bag (ive found produce bags work the best)
ductape
socket for a socket wrench that will fit the lid of the 2L

anyways this is how it works.cut the bottom of the 2l bottle off. put the bag inside the bottle, taping the top of the bag on the outside of the bottle.

rig the socket in the lid for your bowl

put lid on, pull bag slowly, fill bag with smoke, and inhale.

that's basically just a gravity bong without the water. seems like it's a few extra steps that you could avoid just by using the sink.

Seriously, im not even that old (22) and I feel the same way. Although I havent smoked out of a can since I was 15 down by the railroad tracks after school. Good times, it almost makes me sad that I can get as much as I want and I have a job to support it. It used to be fun to round up all our money for a 10 sack and then all gather under the bridge and smoke and just walk around.

i was going to have a house party and needed something to smoke weed so i took an 18 liter water jug put a bowl on the top drill 2 holes in it and glue 2 hoses coming off it and light ur bowl and suck in till its all burnt out take ur bowl off the top and u can hit er back or someone takes both hoses and blows in them and u breath in at the top for the hugest super of ur life

If you want to be able to make a decent bong at any time, just go buy a chillum.
Get a Gatorade bottle, poke two holes close to the bottom, one on top of the other - about 1 inch apart. Stick a straw through the bottom one, and cut it leaving about 1.5 inch out. Chew a piece of gum and put it around the base of the straw to cover up any gaps. Add water, and finally put the chillum over the straw and use the top hole as a carb.
