Because this is going to be my situation.

I was placed on probation June 09, and wont get off until December 2010.

I want to know, what would you do when you got told you were now off papers?

I'd be dying to smoke again if I went a year and a half without, so I'd definitely be on a mission to get me some good bud asap

Oh, I am growing 20 outdoor plants this year, so I will be set on bud for when I get off (or money for bud, depending on if I harvest before or after I get off papers)

I just want to know if people would smoke by themselves, or with friends. And what they would smoke.

lol probation sucks Im on that shit for only god knows how long with house arrest
and im still awaiting sentencing.
Id be trying to smoke though.Thats the only thing probation really keeps you from doing

Yeah probation sucks. If I fuck up 1 more time ( I say one more because I already failed a drug test and got another charge while on probation) I get to go to I think federal prison for up to 15 years.

im on probation, drug court, and color code.

OK, the story goes like this:
First on May 26 09, I got busted with a deer horn pipe (had weed resin). So i get put on color code (which is just random drug test) and drug court (drug court is this thing where every tuesday you report to the court and talk to the judge and counselors for 2 hours, oh and I have a curfew, seeing as how Im only 16 at the time)

2nd, Sometime in august I get the idea that "hey, pills are out of your system in like 3 days!" so i start taking klonopins and valiems. Then one night, curfew checkers come out and piss test me, but I say I cant piss, so they say "if you know your gonna come up dirty, just call your PO and tell her". SO that night I go out and buy a 20 sack and smoke up. Go to court the next day and fail for Benzos and THC. I would have gone to juvenile jail, but I told my PO I heard voices, so I went to the looney bin for a week.

Finally, this whole time Ive been growing, and I harvested all my plants and let them to dry, but one day my DAD of all people find it all drying, and calls the police. One thing leads to another and I get slapped with possession w/ intent to sell and possession of drug paraphinilia . The judge was lenient and sent me to rehab for 45 days. I get out and get 1 year probation. That was dec 12 i got on papers officially.


SO, I have been in the hands of the court for 8 months and still got about 10 more to go

But I forgot to mention, my PO told me, if I fuck up 1 more time, she is taking my case to adult court, which is about a 15 year sentance.
