Its a hook but i wonder how many of the prizes are actually claimed you take how many of the top prize they are offering split those between the states roughly and then from that number subtract how many cups don't actually get used before the game ends or how many people just don't bother to play cus they think its bullshit and just throw it away without even checking. Your chances of getting those rare ones well i'd take my chances on the lottery I bet hardly anyone wins anything and then they just put in some fake names or whatever and say jenny from baltimore won the bike or whatever bullshit.

If your REALLY poor how do you afford to play?LOL

read the fine print, from what i hear, that even if you do get boardwalk and park place, that just makes you eligible to join a drawing, which if you win the drawing (1 in 500 odds maybe).. then you win the grand prize..

Man I am I out of the loop. I wasn't even aware that McD's was back in the Monopoly racket. That article is from 2001. Surely the clown has cleaned up his act this time.....
After seeing Supersize Me, my motivation to hit the local McD's has dropped off a bit.

That makes me feel a little better. Yea everyone i would call it BS if i didn't see it myself. I've had hundreds of monopoly pieces over the years and never won more than a big-mac. My first job was there and sometimes we would take new cups and wrappers home just for pieces. Never got anything good.

also believe that mcdonalds is not out to lose money, any promotional thing like this they do and spend millions of dollars on marketing, is strictly in the end, solely created to maximize their profits.. youve got better chances placing the lottery than mcdonalds giving you a million dollar prize, people hit the lottery everyday, i havent heard of one confirmed person in history actually winning mcdonalds monopoly.. unless theyre giving away more high fat food..
