Best way to fix broken glass?

My gal just got me this new bubbler for Christmas and it broke. I was wiping off the water from filling it up and the bottom just popped off like it was 2 separate pieces of glass. Could anyone tell me the best way to mend the 2 pieces together?

thought I'd give this a bump since I fixed it. Used a Bullseye Windsheild repair kit bought from Advanced auto for 8$. Let it sit out in the sun for a few hours and its ready to smoke out of again

toss in trash and replace! (replace and repeat until you quick buying crappy glass LOL)

i am fairly sure that the stuff contained in the bullseye replair kit more then likely isnt safe for use like that

Use some liquid nails, then after that drys melt wax over it to seal it air tight, had something simialr happen to a bong, it looks all jerry rigged but as far as the smoke i cant even tell.

same thing happend to one of my bongs. I got a bottle of gorilla glue, slopped on the glue thick and when it was dry I sanded it down flat. Now it just looks like a yellow seam on the base. Looks ok but more importantly, hits like a champ.
