swallowed dime bag, couldn't puke it up

I just want to know if this could be a real problem. I just happened to get pulled over on the way home from a friend's house.. so I swallowed this dime bag and didn't get searched or anything thankfully, because I was pretty high..

I got home 15min later including talkin with cops. If I wasn't so high I wouldn't have been so damn'd nervous. But luckily I kept my cool..

But when I got home I immediately tried vomiting and only dry heaved about 50 times. I didn't eat since like 4pm so my stomach probably devoured that thing. I puked up a few tiny leaves and what I think was random shreds of plastic. Will I have to go to the hospital or anything??? It seemed like the thing to do at the time

I feel a bit relieved, I just dunno if it'll cause a bowl obstruction or not, those can be fatal

Drink water, continue to attempt to puke. Don't take any medicines that will make you puke, they work WAY too well. Chances are, the bag won't be worth smoking unless you tied it shut well. There won't be a problem with it passing like any other food item you swallow though, to put it in less vulgar terms.
