I have up loaded lots of pics here but all of a sudden i cant anymore because the file size is to big. I re-sized a bunch of times but it still wont work. So i am looking for a program that people use to post here. Please help. i have an un-beliveable pice of a plant growing out of my sink drain

With plugins,

Do a batch conversion/rename

you can google "Windows Power Tools Image Resizer" and there is a little tool that lets you right click on your picture, and resize it to alot smaller. Its a nifty little program

i have infran view and i went to the batch conversion/rename but what do i re-name them to? i still cant get it

Do the batch, set advanced options, and match it to these settings.

After that all you need is to set the output.

I use Faststone Image viewer alot. Its free, easy to use, and it does everything. And did I mention it was free.
And then there is Faststone Image resizer. Good if you want to convert a batch of files.

You can download them free at: FastStone Image Viewer, Screen Capture, Photo Resizer ...

All four of their programs work nicely for photo management.
