Hey guys.

I love smoking out of my bong. Its nothing fancy , just a glass bong with a bend in it so you can put ice in it.

It seems every other time i use it, i have to spend more time cleaning it then smoking. The stem always gets plugged up and my water alwas smells.

I found a phillips screwdriver that perfectly fits the stem, but ive broken 3 with it.

ANy ideas? pipe cleaners suck!

i've used that stuff "formula 420" that you get from head shops. It works well but it's not too cheap. +1 for the icy bong hits...I have a 3 footer that has some bends that make it easy to stuff with ice. Smoothest piece in my collection.

yeah i love the ice myself! i bought an ice tray that makes cubes just the right size for stuffing in.

Ill have to try the alcohol and salt method.

The stem is what gets my goat!

I find that Qtips work great for the stem. The bowl cleans really well if you use baby wipes that contain alcohol.

I use cannabis stems to clean the downstem. works perfectly if the q-tip wont reach.

I have a friend that use to boil his bowls/stems and would drink the water afterwords. The dirty fucker would call it tea and drink up. eeewwww

i think i just threw up a little..i've boiled glass to clean it before and the water smells like feet. That is incredibly nasty.

When i was a kid wed fill it with beer and a shot of jack. SMoke for a while then pour ourselves shots!!! Aw man i think im getting sick!

If you let the bowl and stem sit in a sandwhich baggie, submerged in alcohol for about an hour, the Qtip would make it sparkle in one swipe.
