Default Permanently Rolled Dollar Bill

Anyone here know how to roll a $1 so it stays together? I know it has something to do with a folded corner and a pocket that you tuck itself into itself, but I was so railed last night I can't remember how my boy did it. It sure was nifty though!

Well, I usually just rip the filter off a cigarette butt and take out the filter so it's just the paper and put that around the bill like a silverware ring at the restaurant. I'm sure someone here knows how to do it!
