If that shit was happening to me, and if I had filed two police reports about being robbed, no judge in the world would charge you for carrying a gun since nothing was done after you were robbed twice. The first time someone shoved me in the residence hall, I pushed them on the ground and told them if they wanted to stand up they could. I stood there for 5 minutes while he laid on the ground because he was a pussy.

Next, these stupid motherfuckers were throwing lacrosse in the hall. The ball they got is the size of a tennis ball but made out of this heavy hard rubber. They hit me with the ball. I took it. I went into my room and closed the door, but didn't lock it. Some dude came barging into my room, and a fight began. Within 15 seconds I grabbed him by the back of the neck and slammed his face into the door frame 3 times, and he just fell to the floor. I pushed him to the point where I could shut my door and did so. Then some dude knocked on the door and asked for the ball back. I gave it to him without a problem.

You see, be a nice guy, but fuck people's shit up the first time they get near you. The guy who stole your banners? He should have carried his teeth home in a bag. Start carrying a gun. One shot in the air, if they're dumb enough to stick around, one to the chest. If they are still coming at you [not fleeing or fallen to the ground] another one should take care of it.
