I'm making some of these. I had some made with Golden Grahams one time that were pretty amazing.

A good way to make a disposable pan for something like this would be to take your pizza box and line it with aluminum foil then butter the aluminum foil really well. Its what my grandmother always did when she would take stuff like this somewhere and didn't want to stick around to get her pan. She would use those cardboard flats that 6 packs of can drinks get shipped in.

get some captain crunch and some raw fish, like tilapia, mix it up in a bowl with chocolate syrup and green beans. then put it in the microwave for 13 minutes. the best snack ever for when i have the munchies. you can also add ranch dressing
