Dark black circle wtf?

Last night while lying in bed, stoned but thats the norm, im a daily smoker. well last night i was laying in bed trying to astral project which i have yet to be successful at .and i was sure i was almost there, i was in a trance like state, i was sensing entities like you would sence on dmt almost,

and then there was this entity i sensed flying around in my room, but i no way thought it was real, but subconsciously i said how did you get in, and at that moment i opend my eyes and looked to my right and saw this big black circle, almost like a dark eerie portal. no physical entity though.

it was pretty much pitch black in my room except for the internet modem, and this circle was darker than dark, it looked like a shadow darker than night. i looked for anything casting a shadow and their was nothing, it was a big 2 by 2 ft circle, it scared the shit outa me ,

in the light it disappeared, then id turn the light off and it was back, i quickly turned the light back on and went searching the net for answers.
anyone ever experience anything similar?

I actually know a guy who told me told me he went into a portal, and this kid is fucked in the head now, and he was trying to help me "transcend" when i told him about the portal, and he showed up today at my house wanting me to listen to some tape, thats some fucked up shit.

any other ideas, im prettysure im not crazy, ive been reading alot of occult esoteric knowledge, and fuck that shit, thats not for me, only researching the big man from now on,

the black portal didnt follow my vision, i saw it standing up also, it was on 1 spot, I avoided the black void, wow, , weather i almost lost my soul, or im just losing it, im going to actually stop smoking pot daily, who woulda thought itd take darkness to help remind me of the light
