More accurately it is like feeding a fat man - but as big as he is he's not a "food hog" and will not take food from anyone other than myself and my wife.
The plus is he's a cuddle monster & loves to play.

Both my dogs were rescues and were both that way when I got them. My purebred still is pretty skinny as he just got over worms. I have no idea how some people can go out of their way get a dog just to chain it up outside and never feed it or play with it or anything. My boxer/pit mix was actually part of an animal neglect case in which 4 other boxers were chained to trees and had starved to death, he was one of two that didnt die off on his tree. Its a fucked up world... I will be sure to get some pics up of my boys as it seems to be trendy

my dog has recently become the subject of a petition started by some old farts on my block. the dog has only been outside a few times. i dont know how they even saw it. i've been very careful to not let anyone see it.

i have become very fond of this breed, i'm afraid it may become the next rottweiler, or doberman.

there all like that... ive never met a rescue dog i couldnt turn into a big baby with a little time and alot of tlc. ive saved an easy dozen over the years, havent been able to do it much lately for financial reasons, but its amazing how a dog can do a complete 180 in personality when there treated right

May become the next rottweiler or doberman? Helllloooo they've definitley been that for years now haha, its fucking terrible.. Look into BSL, Breed Specific Legislation, its nuts, ridiculousy disgusting, just plain revolting..

So many breeds are misunderstood beyond just Rotts, Dobs, and Pits it really is a huge problem with our country if your a dog lover.. Anyways, I agree with the previous comments of changing rescue dogs, its a very rewarding experience and a pretty simple thing to do if you have owned a dog before or raised a puppy.
