Some guy today insisted that him and his friends "squeeze" the bud until the "liquid THC" comes out. Then they smoke it in a "crack pipe"

EDIT: Just a follow-up though, guys... Getting back to the chemistry of it all - would it be possible to put the cannabutter in a stronger solvent to get the THC out? I'm guessing nobody has tried this, so I might just have to take a small sample of my butter and experiment with it, and let you guys know.

I use a quarter ounce of dank (e.g. trimmings and what not) to one half cup butter. Then, I make delicious brownies that taste wonderful.

You dont have to do the harvest - just what you are going to turn into butter. One day will leach most of the chlorophyll out. And you can do successive days if you want it to just taste and look like butter.

Yeah, sorry - I meant that part of my harvest that I am going to make butter with. I don't think I'd water cure my smoking buds, since that method kind of scares me haha...

I won't be making another butter batch for a while though, since I have 1.7lbs of already made butter in the freezer now, and I'm just deciding what to do with it.
