    Default How To Clean My Bongs Percolators

    So I've got a bong, with a perc, and have noticed recently it's getting harder to hit.

    So the entire bong is clean except for the perc, and I think a few of the slits are clogged with resin.

    So, whats the best way to go about cleaning it out?

    I've heard Rubbing Alcohol and Salt. I've also seen some ridiculous sounding process involving rubbing alcohol, salt, oxy clean, coca cola, and denture tabs (and "lukewarm water").

    I was thinking about just rinsing it in rubbing alcohol and salt, swishing it around inside, maybe even boil it but I don't want to hurt my baby.


    What should I do?

    hot salt water should do the trick; as should some hot vinegar.

    Is vinegar abrasive or would I add salt to the vinegar?

    Would vinegar be a better alternative to rubbing alcohol?

    rubbing alcohol n salt is cheap, reliable, and easy

    I have a small amount of rubbing alcohol.... and an equally small amount of "Apple Cider Vinegar".

    Which should I use?

    Something about putting apple cider vinegar in my bong just doesn't feel right.

    420 glass cleaner works great

    I use it all the time
