There's nothing wrong with acrylic itself, it's the nasty metal stem that kinda sucks.

Glass bongs arent like windows, theyre not SUPER easy to break, but they do break.

I just dont dance around with my peice, I tend to keep it on a carpeted floor, and yeah I have knocked it over many times but it's never broken...

I perfer a ZONG for clumsyness, those motherfuckers dont spill and theyre less likely to shatter (I dont want to get into the physics)

i think you should get acrylic.. if you happen to drop it a lot, stick with it.. if not maybe you can try getting a glass one

Glass! Glass all the way, but be careful with it.

Try getting clay sometime too and making a bong out of that and put it in one of those heater things. Then put that fancy clay paint on it and they look amazing.

i still suggest a glass bowl if you want to carry it around with you.

thx for the comments guys. I'll go acrylic, and if i seem to do fine, i'll get a glass piece too. I'm just a clumsy guy, i can't help it =D

heres a couple of mine,, i like color glass because hides the dirty inside plus looks sweet ,,i relly like the one with the ash catcher better, keeps the water clean.been smokin qerkle in the big one and def heavy duty,lol.

Dude REGARDLESS of what you end up buying, you need to hit up your local head shop and actually check out the pieces there. Check out a bunch, touch em hold them you gotta pick one that feels right to you. You can get some really nice local blown shit for a decent price. My bubbler is a heady ass piece an I only payed $80 and it came with 420 solution, a nice ass case, and hella pipe cleaners!! Don't buy one online, thats like buying a car with out taking it out for a test drive!!!!

Check out the pic of my Bub...It's a hammer style....still yet to be named !! That shit has been dropped a few times and its still LEGIT! as long as its thick glass your good to go!!
