Tin foil or White Mat Paint?? im growing a 10inch baby mary plant off 1 flourecent light should i use foil or white paint in the room??

flat white paint is better.

with your one flouro who knows..but yes tinfoil causes hot spots an then burns the plants..white mat doesn't

what ive done is white but then I use foil right at the top, 1 its not gonna burn my plant and 2 its gonna help reflect any lost light downwards.
