i think as long as smoke is in the the lungs its being absorbed im sure there is a limit

Now, what if I hold a hit for 5 seconds or so, then exhale half the hit, and hold it again? I mean, since the smoke of a bong hit is so dense, I can't imagine I absorbed all the THC.

BTW, I hold my breath for 30 seconds while doing jumping jacks.
