13 Medical Clubs in SanDiego county were raided by a mix of Federal Agents today.

Did anyone loose a Collective they went to Frequently?

I loved BCC, but they were a little too far south, but I will still miss there buisness.

I am an Australian and to the best of my knowledge we have zero medical clubs/dispensaries,(i could be sorely mistaken however so dont quote me).
What confuses me about u Americans and ur clubs is how and why the hell do they get raided,i thought they were legal establishments with legit patients referred by nationally recognised doctors?!?
Somebody please explain.

medical marijuana is only legal in 13 states in the US and thats only state law...the feds(federal law) does not recognize medical marijuana and they do not respect state laws at all...so they continue to raid clubs even though state law says its legal...

Thats not the entirety, some clubs are opend 'illegally', without full premission from the county, or city they are established in. In that case, they are not issued a full liscense and that allows police agencies lower than DEA To inferfere.
