I'm from England, have used a few hospitals unfortunatly and personally found them rank!
People 100% abbuse this system, Its free!
Although the tax payer spends billions keeping it.
Its under stress because there's not enough doctors. waiting times for even major ops are discusting.
IMO keep private health care with insurance in USA.

I know that certain areas are bad (especially Frimley hospital) In my Area though all the hospitals are new and really good. For far less than Americans pay you could get full BUPA cover, so wheres the harm in them getting options for the 40+ million who dont have a choice???
