I am starting to get the feeling that we are closer then ever to it being decriminalized. And that is the start. Our neighbors to the North and south have changed their views. Even with the set backs of the recent raids in California those days may be close.

When you watch that movie, you kinda wonder how the f**k it hasn't been legalized already??? ... I guess keeping the general public ignorant so corporations and private prisons can make more profit is a primary step? lol

I think the last 10 minutes are the best part. I think its interesting to find out how there are a lot of pro-weed people who DONT want it legalized because of how much money it makes them. Anybody here feel this way? I myself would definitely like it legalized. Growers would still be able to make money on it. And the country would just be so much better off in so many ways.

The way things are going with the economy and with how many people, like us and the stoners in the movie toking it up in front of a line of cops in broad daylight, are openly rebelling against this jacked-up law, decriminallization is enevitable. Once oil is tapped-out, everyones going to need something else to cash-in on and make thier lives liveable.

It's weed.

It does raise questions... Like who really has control over legalization. Surely the police and government must be concerned that drug lords support prohibition lol.

You really think they're concerned? This movie shows how much money is made by keeping pot illegal. The ones controlling legalization dont give 2 squirts of piss what the drug lords support. So long as they keep getting paid for searching-out and putting those drug lords and small-time growers alike behind bars, theyre happy! Regardless what we or anyone else thinks. Fuck em.
