speaking cops and drugs


watching Cops on tv i just saw the 2 coolest cops ever

They pull over a guy and girl and they keep telling the cops theres nothing, they search car and smell and find a little bud, well the guy grabs the cops arm says U DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEARCH. and they tackle and cuff him. and they keep saying "look i keep telling u if it was just a little personal we would finish here and ud be on ur way to this fine evening" basically that if they had a little for personal use they would take it, write ticket i assume and let them be on there way. and even after grabbing and officer. they let them go free, not even a ticket and all they did was contact the guys probation officer.

Why did they search you and find that? Bastards. I can't even imagine a charge like that here for a stupid bat. Cops here don't really care in you have less than an ounce on you. They just take it away from you and give you a warning. For them it is not worth the paperwork. And most of them keep it and smoke it themselves, I know several cops myself that do this, shit i have probably have even smoked confiscated weed, lol. Bastards.

Yep. Cops around here are pretty leniant most of the time. As long as it's under an ounce you're usually good. But with the higher the quantity the higher the chance of you being arrested and detained.

Got back. Long story short, yes of course it was just a fine(laywer). Even if I hadn't had a laywer it would've just been comm service, which I can have written off for me, but I didn't want the charge on my record. Now it says I threw a stick of gum out the window



The story is, I was driving with my girlfriend and a few of her friends to go eat. I was a little baked and didn't know where I was going, so I missed the turn, and had to turn around. I pull onto the next street, no where to turn around. I drive 100 feet till there's a sub-division where I pull in. No driveways and to narrow. So I drive further till I see what I think is a driveway, which is really another street. I didn't use my blinker, and the cherries went up from a few hundred feet in front of me.

Cop says it smelt like dope in the car. I cleaned up before leaving, and no-one else smoked... my arse. So I get out the car saying I have nothing on me(could've swore I didnt). He tells me to empty my pockets, I oblige. I'm setting shit here n' there on my trunk when I feel that little fucin' batty. I just say "Hey man, I could've swore I didn't have a pipe on me, but I was mistaken, sorry." and handed it to him. He then pushed me onto the vehicle, and searched me to find nothing(everything was laid out on my fucking trunk, dumbass). Then he searched everone else in the car(4 girls) and came up empty handed. The whole time the cops telling my girlfriend her parents would be pissed if they knew she dated a "dope head"(we're both well over 21 mind you... bit out of reach of the parents.... though my g/f looks like she's 16 except fer a few key features), just saying all shit about me cause of one fuckin batty....

I swear, I do like the police because they do a damn fine job of keeping the streets clean(least they do around here), but the assholes who go out of their way to fuck with you, and give you a ticket for a batty... That's a fly for you...(Pigs are very nice and gentle animals, and very proud.......... flies are an annoyance and should be ridden off this earth).



P.S.- No clue about the over-all fine, but there's court cost($50), illegal parking($120), and littering($325). Prolly add another $400 for the laywer, and god knows what else. Oh yeah, the $20 haircut and shave....

Wow i know how you feel.

And the way you responded to the cop with the pipe was exactly how i like. Beucase the majority of cops if your straight up with them, honest and helpful. There nice back to you, they will cut slack, alot of the time if you have multiple charges they will cut some off for you.
I wanna be pulled over by a cop 1 day with a pipe on me or something or weed (well not really and yes really. Just to say ive done this i guess) and be straight up with him like.

"yes officer i have a nugget and glass marijuana cannabis pipe in my back left pocket"
and put my hands up. i mean u get a dick officer and they pull a gun but the majority will ty u and shit if ur straight up.

i remember on cops these 3 kids were smokin and they wer eunder 18 and the had this huge mother fucker crayz looking pipe it was around 400 dollars it was fucken bizare lol the kid was honest said the pipe is in the back and the weed was in center console (come on we all put it there) and the cop pulls it out like "wow thats a beauty how much that run you" "around 400 dollars" and hew as cool with them what he did was uncuff them all give them a ticket, and since they were under influnce. called mom to pick up the car and he confiscated the pipe.

you were on the town with 4 girls. hehehehe
