Sounds pretty high but be careful talking about selling mushrooms like that. I don't know the laws where you are at but in many states selling mushrooms is a manslaughter charge. Be careful

Thanks. The law in Florida seems pretty weird. They aren't actually illegal, but you can be arrested.

That is fresh mushrooms because people collect them in the woods all the time. If you have dried mushrooms, cultivation equipment, or processed product for sale (like mushroom chocolate for example) you are looking a much bigger charge. Here in Colorado a guy just got 10 years for mushrooms. I think ethogens deserve more respect anyway and only people that seek them out should be taking them. Doing it just for fun or as a party drug is really missing out on how amazing psilocybin is.
