So I was on a 3 week smoke break when I decided to smoke today during work. I was feelin pretty good after puffin but soon after I started feeling really anxious and uncormfotable.

This never used to happen before and its kinda strange. Does anyone know how I can defeat this anxiety or have any idea why I was feeling this way?

Its likely just the weed strain. I had some shit last week that had me tweaker peakin for hours and thinkin people could hear me no matter how quiet I coughed and shit. It was wild

It might be the strain, c99 tweaks me right out.

Try a 5 minute break and take deep slow breaths. Stay away from the caffeine and if you can get some ginseng tea, that helps with the tweaks.

Yeah eat and stay busy. The tea is a good call too. Bout all u can do shy of sleeping on the job
