Default I have to stop.
Well guys, I decided that I would post this here othere that my normal message board, because well... if anyone can feel me it has to be you guys.

I love smoking weed, it's the shit... I've been doing it for two years straight and I just have grown to love it, it's me.
Well about a month ago I got caught for possesion, and as of the 13th of August I have to be straight for six long month because I have to do pre-trial intervention. I don't want to stop, but I have to or I will have a criminal record, which on many levels pisses me off immensly, one blunt and now I have the record of a criminal? It's intense.

Well I was just wondering if anyone here has had to stop for a long time? I really don't want to but I have to go cold turkey in a few days. Am I going to go through withdraws? After the six months is over, will I still have the desire to smoke? I know alot of people give it up sometimes then find it a hassle to start smoking again.

I just wanted to see some of you guys views. It sucks, and it's going to be hard... but I have got to do it.

That sucks that your government is so harsh for a blunt. Damn.

You should be okay though, no physical dependance, it is a mental addiction. Withdrawals shouldn't be too bad. If you smoke cigarettes, this is a lot harder to quit the weed.

some mild withdraw symptoms may include: headache, irritability, sleeplessness, decrease in appetite

These are generally mild and should pass after a couple of days

Wait, some people are too lazy to start smoking again? That's just ridiculous. Good luck on the clean streak, it'll feel good to clear the lungs for 6 months.

ya you will be ok, honestly I was able to finnaly quit after like 10 years of smoking. the only way I was able to quit was because the less and less I smoked the more and more paranoid I became when I was high. eventually it got so bad that I only kept a small amount on me to smoke when I was drunk but the rest of the time I was clean. it was no problem u get used to it. 6 months aint a long time at all.

I started smoking again full throttle 1 year ago when my son was born, me and the wife were really stressed out and were fighting a lot and I couldnt take it anymore and started smoking all day everyday just to cope

My opinion is that after the six months if you dont really feel like smokin no more then why do it?

but if u still have the urge go for it.

and last word of advise dont smoke or bring your weed outside your home unless you can chew it up and swallow it real quik if you see a cop about to pull you over.

oh yea and where are you from? and how old. just wondering cuz the harshness over a blunt
