Hello, I am recently trying to start up my career and really need to get clean for upcoming company tests. I have a few questions that I hope people can answer. I am actually an amateur bodybuilder and have been smoking for quite some time now daily. My first question is since I have quit now for 5 days. And lift and do cardio on a daily basis, will my time needed to pass a test be decreased because of this? I am tired of all these bullshit home remedies and cleansing systems because I know for a fact the only way is to burn fat cells. Can anyone give me a rough estimate on how long it might take to piss clean for me? 210lb, all muscle.

Well, it's going to be different for everyone, but I would recommend ordering some home THC tests. I've got a drug test coming up on Friday, so this has been a topic I'm very interested in.

That's the only real way to know for sure man, honestly, and the tests can be had for cheap online.

Friday huh? Ouch. Well the thing is, I failed my last test using that bullshit GNC drink everyone barks about. But I really need some expert advice with experience so I can know if my extreme lifting and cardio is the right thing. From what I have read exercise is the best way, but can anyone back this up with experience?

Thank you for your advice Purple, but from what I have been told most labs are looking for not only masking drinks, but also synthetic urine. I cannot risk coming up as giving a fishy urine sample, as these are going to be very important job offers for me.

I have no idea how they would be able to detect synthetic
urine. As far as I know it has all the componets of real urine....

Other than flushing, I don't know what to tell you
but work off a few lbs because thats where the thc metabolites

are stored. and drink plenty of water. Drink water until you piss
clear, and take some niacin to give it color.

What you'll be doing is diluting the sample you'll be giving them
so your thc-met. is below their cut off level. Which is usually

somewhere around 50 ng/m

Have you considered orderting drug tests online?
There are a bunch of sites that sell that at $1.10
if you buy a certain amount.

This is all great info Purple, thanks lots. But to make things a little more clear, I am not trying to fool a test. Not sure if you read my first post but I am a bodybuilder and have a low body fat percentage as it is. Im just trying to find out if this will decrease the amount of time I have to wait since my metabolism is insanely high due to intense training and consuming 6-7 hearty meals a day.

The amount of body fat is directly proportional to the amount of THC that can be stored there. Short answer is yes, it will decrease your "clean-up" time. But then again Kitty is correct in that you should be drinking copious (read LOTS) of water to flush your system.

Well then in your case, you just need to
keep abstaining from smoking and you should be fine.

Just make sure to flush.

So I guess since you barely have fat cells as it is, then I would think
it would be out of your system pretty quickly since the metabolites

don't store as well as in people with lower body fat %
