I just finished a great book about cannabis:

Amazon.com: Cannabis: A History: Books: Martin Booth

I picked it up at a Public Library! So check and see if your local has it before you go and buy one. Great reading and I thought I should share it with all of you.

Why don't you give us some bullet points..
You want us to read the book, sounds good , but lets hear your abbreviated book report.

Was Hemp outlawed because of Nylon?

Was Hemp unfairly treated as a drug and treated like Communism during the McCarthy era?

OK, but what are your views and opinions on the matter?

Was Nylon a factor at all?

Sorry, that's the best I can do. There is so much in that book it's mind boggling. Over 400 pages and it's not in large print.
