have you guys heard the hidden danger in the weed we buy? dont trust the kiefy or sticky weed ever again! after reading about brix+ on a post at 230ish am i spent some time searching google for reviews on the stuff and information about contaminants and fillers. nothing "reliable" in the way of research just posts on other forums like this, and websites selling the product brix+.

brix+, from what i gather, is a sticky substance that can be applied after harvesting and before drying, that makes the but 10-30% heavier. it makes the but heavy, sticky and gives the bud(not the smoke) a sweet flavor. it makes you cough and hack i learned from one forum.

i also read that siclica glass dust and other powders are sprayed on buds while they are growing and drying to weigh them down. the "epidemic" is mostly NOTICED it the UK where people had been sent to the ER hacking up blood and bleeding inside their lungs after smoking this weed for weeks or months.

in germany buds were weighed down with lead particles. im not sure what damage this caused, but you can just imagine....

needless to say i will never EVER trust the "sticky icky", dense and heavy and kiefy bud ever again. i though every one should know about this. do a google search your self, its not hard to find

i remember a time when all you had to worry about weighing down your bag was a piece of string, hell, i even seen a bag with a tater tot in it to weigh it down.

i wouldnt be so worried, since id heard it was the worst in the UK, but i have seen this kiefy glass dust blasted weed first hand. the other day my friend came but with bag said it was 5g, i didnt belive him so we weighed it. it was dead on, but it looked like >1/8. we weighed out a gram to roll in a blunt and i was surprised to see there was a pile of "kief" about the size of a nickle, the amount it take at least a week to build up in a grinder. we rolled it in the blunt thinking it would be as good as smoking one laced with hash. it was a dec sized blunt but it didnt get me blasted like it should have had it been hash or real kief.

so just watch out, the shit is out there and unless you grow your own, your not 100% safe from contaminants
