im 19 and have a little brother . he is 18 , mom just left today for vacation .

she is going a few provinces away . my brother had 4 friends over we all smoked bowls accumulating to 3 gs . and about 5 beers fr person . my brother the 18 year old just left to go 5 blocks to the pizza store.

he and his 4 friends are fucking wasted and my prother is on a court sentenced probation . he was in a adult jail and saw a murder between in mates in front of him . he has been in anf out of group homes sence 14 years old .

many crimes of B and Ds and gang activity.

hes served 1.5 years and been locked up fpr 3 birthdays and 4 christmas's he is curently getting pizza and if caought with the alcohal him and his under age froends

he would go to jail for a year with federal in mates because of his record

me on the other hand am doing great i have graduated HS with a 75 average ar a B . and finished a year at college

he is most likely to get caugth so i cleaned up the whole house .. cops might be by biwing my brother and all

Well if I were you, I wouldn't let him do shit. People like him are under the "fuck that/you" mentality a lot, so it would be hard to persuade him to stay him away from that stuff for the time being. Best advice I can give is talk to him one on one when he's sober and by himself. Let him know how you feel about his situation he's in and how he can resolve this.
