So sunday is my birthday, we have a little bit of money, but dont have anything planned.... cant really come up with anything. what would you do?

A birthday is just another day of the week after 21. My last b-day, my girlfriend cooked dinner, made me a cake with a pot leaf that said "High-ppy Birthday", then some birthday alone time.

i understand your point here, but when you are 24 and married with two kids, you jump at any chance of a babysitter in an attempt to do something fun.... my bday really doesnt matter to me, but i would still like to let loose a little without the kids around.

It's cliched, but how about dinner and a movie? I guess it depends on how much money you have.

Or you could go hiking or something - maybe kayaking.

Or rent nostalgic movies and watch them all day.
