hey all, I'm sure this issue has been posted about before, but I want to get a poll on this about what people think weed is truly worth.

to me, I believe top quality bud is worth no more than 150 an oz.

but I would like to see medium to high quality bud for 50-100 an oz.

I'm just starting the thread on that note, I will explain why later on when I'm not tired and just now thinking of the thread.

so anyways I'm going to setup a poll and you guys vote on what you think the price for top-quality bud should be. and I don't think the prices should be jacked up just because someone wants to pay 10,000 dollars for their indoor setup that someone could achieve with less than 300 dollars.

anyways, let the discussion begin.

well....... i consider the possibility of jail time to be very valuable.

Buy larger quantities and good weed is $150 a zip. You just got to move your way up the ladder, obviously if you're buying quaters halfs and ozs you're not going to get the best price. Save up and it will save you money.

@yeah: this is a debate on how much weed should cost. . . . I have no intention of ever buying weed in my life unless the prices decrease 150%.

marijuana SHOULD have no value bro. It comes from the fucking ground. The only reason it does have a value, is because our slave drivers ie the government prohibited it and forced it underground. Dupont, tobacco companies, alcohol companies, and another company i cant think of the name right now are the primary reason that it is still illegal. They funded all the fucking propaganda against a fucking PLANT, that has had sacred meanings from the beginning of time. Fuck the government, fuck the new world order.

That's great, but it's all economics. Supply and demand. No matter how bad the economy is people buy weed. There is always demand and the prices over recent years haven't changed much.

Always grow your own if you have that option. That way you can't bitch about prices because you're making money(if you want to). Just be compassionate and friendly, it isn't coke and there are no fiends. Just keep the business friendly.

I think good weed should cost $250-$280 a zip. 10 a g is a good deal if it's really good weed.

do you grow? what do you think it actually cost to grow an ounce?

with my set up, not considering the initial investment, i think growing an ounce will cost about $30 in electricity.
and then there's the incredible effort i put into it. i think i spend 6 hours per ounce, start to finish. so maybe $20/hour?
nutes.....maybe $10 an ounce?

so if i ever were to sell an ounce, which i never intend to, i think i would have to charge $160

granted my set up is grossly inefficient and people probably shouldn't be charged for that.

Funny you say "300 and higher" when I regularly see it going for over 500 and ounce... For the really nice stuff.
