What strain do you smoke and why?

I guess this is more of a medicinal question in a sense.
I know this won't apply for everyone because the lot of us just like to get hiiiighhhhh!, but if you have any interesting routines that invovle the use of this beautiful plant, blow it up.

I like sativas or early havest buds. I smoke before playing F.E.A.R. Combat or Texas Hold'em. I find that it helps me concentrate and sharpens my senses. When I'm playing FEAR, I can hear footsteps better and pick out the direction my enemies are coming from when I'm wearing my headphones. Several of my friends join in the festivities. We call it FEARaJuana.

i smoke first thing when i get up as an appetite stimulent..ai also smoke throughout the day becuase of anxiety..i was put on xanax at the age of 15 for anxiety and it always made me sleepy..so when i discovered i could smoke a good sativa and be able to function but also get rid of anxiety..ive been smoking super silver haze recently and its some good shit..ive had some jack frost and sour disel ive been smokin after work untill bed.i love getting high and it helps with other conditions so its a win win.

as for me I just smoke anything I can get my hands on mostly sativa to get high

It can get pretty crazy. having the ability to concentrate that intently on the game makes it seem even more realistic. My buddy fell out of his chair one time while playing.

Haze usualy gets me going... I smoke some regs if I want to go to sleep or just like sit, because nothing gets you more blaah tired and not that high as regs... why waist my money on high if im going to sleep, you know?

I usually smoke KB, because that is the best stuff that I can get my hands on around here. If I had the choice though, I would smoke purple haze all day long.

I like to smoke before I listen to music, and when I need to relax after a hard day. If I have something that I don't understand in a class, I will smoke a little (I like to call it a "snap", just enough for one it) so I can understand what my professor is talking about a little easier. If I get a good buzz, I can comprehend complicated things easier.

I usually smoke several bowls the night before an exam about 14 hours before I have to take it, that way, I sleep like a rock for 12 hours, and have plenty of time to get to class the next day, rested and prepared! That technique hasn't failed me yet, I had a 4.0 last semester.
