im of the 10 dollar lid generation, my first buy was a 4 finger baggie, chock full of seeds and lumber, but those seeds paid for that bag a hundred times over. ive watched the weed get refined and manicured over these yrs and have marveled at the genetic research that has been put into these strains, but mostly i cant fucking believe how much people are willing to spend on weed.im not complaining, im just say'n.........

i dont know where ur from but where im from 4grams for 50 is a good deal and u said 5.2 for 50 and u would throw it in the dealers face?? must be some swag then idk..anyways scales are used by all types of dealers..small time dealers use scales to..no one wants to sell somthing and not at least get back what they paid for it so u use a scale..and to me dealers are doing u a favor..what if u cant find shit and their the only person with it..what if u become cool with him and they hook u up hella fat all the time..what if u need a front..all i know is my dealers treat me good and i feel like they do me favors like fronts and hooking me up fatter then what they hook other people up with..i use to get a HP's for $1650 of sum purp or trainwreck whatever it was some bomb tho and thats a pretty good deal then i met a grower from up north in humbolt and he would hook it up with a whole P for 2200 and he was a cool ass dude..after a few times of going thru him and getting to know him more he would always throw in a extra oz or two so i didnt have to smoke much outta of the P i could just get rid of it

weed prices are crazy in cali right now tho..especially at the clubs thats y i never buy bud from there i just buy edibles or hash..y pay 65 a 8th when i can get 4 oz of some of the best street weed for 850
$50 an eigth.... ouch.... glad i am licensed to grow my own.... as for scales and dope... been that way for a long long time... and at $50 an eigth your counts had best be as right as rain...

I don't sell dope, but I was sitting down with a dealer the other night that I met (non sale related) and he was weighing up grams and explaining to me how a '$25' was about 2.5 grams... a '$50' was like 5.2grams etc.
I was a bit shocked at what you would call the 'bag appeal' , but he simply stated that it was the going rate and you pay for weight and not looks....
Little electronic scales are for selling powder, not grass imo...
I told him "No offence, but if you gave me that for $50, Id tell you to get f#cked and throw it in your face"
I was a little shocked because when I was a kid buying weed, a '$20' was pretty much as big as your index and ring finger... and a '$50' was about 4 fingers and just as thick........ but most of the time the dealer would just give you that as a freebie... cause face it.... he has pounds and pounds... and you are just a small fish... its kinda like small change...
The only time I remember there ever being scales involved was selling pounds, and even they were 2 or 3 ounces over....
In my opinion,
Selling is a business, and just like any business, you have to be competitive with the quality and size... and make sure your customers are happy always
If I sold, there would be no scales involved. I just don't know how it is that people pay money for some skimpy piece of bud and dealers seem to get away with it???
Without you... they don't sell anything... so why do they think that they are doing you a favor?
It simply shows that greed has tipped the scales....

At least that's why I was nice to 90% of my clientele.
