Ahhh. Its just one of those days... The type where school and its burdens breaks your cool and everything after that just begins to really irritate you. Started off with my fitness class being extremely tough since shit heads screw around in it so the teacher finally took control and made us run sprints, stairs, do pushups, and any other workout that got him off.

On top of that schools coming to a close and homework just seems to pile up and my 3.75 is slowly dropping. Sucks right?

To top this all off i have been following a running guide to train for my next half marathon and today I was going to run but due to this morning I just feel "dead."
My dad (running partner) asks if im going running and when i tell him that I am tired from this morning he gets a tone in his voice like my workout is pussy and pathetic. Then since I have wanted to be a Navy SEAL for the longest time he throws that in my face saying "Your workout is pathetic when put up against one you'd get put through in BUD/S (navy seal training basically)."

I really need a smoke right now, but due to circumstances lately I cant. Just got a job, and I have been running too much to just trash it all.

Feel free to make this a vent thread, Id be glad to see how bad your days have been.

Yea, i have already read your thread and i believe I posted. Yea life is a bitch sometimes i guess what really defines us as a person though is how we make it through. Best of luck with your whole ordeal though man I definitely feel your pain.
