dude, i've been smoking for four years, im a heavy smoker, and so is my uncle (he has a license, fully legal) except theres a difference, hes been smoking weed for thirty years, and still going, he gave my last tattoo, while we was smoking!

I have to agree with Biggravy22-

When I get work done I expect it to be as clean as an operating room with the Tattoo artist as Sober as a Lamb.
That tattoo is on your body for life kid, and it would suck to show off a fucked up tatty because the artist was too baked to draw a str8 line!
