i just got dropped today caught without my piss bottle luckily you can fail 2 before you get fired and this is my first one the thing is they tested the whole shift at once the majority of the people that work there smoke including my supervisor 5 of us got caught the rest had their piss bottle i am going to try and defend myself and convince them that i am a Rastafarian and i use marijuana for religious purposes its bullshit because the potheads are better employees than the sobers we strive to do a better job because we know we are going to be persecuted i am trying to convince everybody to stand up and defend our right to smoke weed we don't do drugs like coke or meth we have better safety records than the sobers the us law does not mandate that marijuana be included in the drug test so i am going to fight this with everything i got if they fire us they will see a drastic decrease in production efficiency. the only reason they drug tested the whole shift is because one sober couldnt get his raise because he is doing a bad job and told hr "what do i have to do to get a raise around her buy a dimebag" then i found out today that he named names he will not be working there anymore we have ran sobers off before this is the first time in in 30 years according to my supervisor who has worked there for 30 years that we have had this much heat. we are a pretty open smoking community that had the sobers in check. the guy that named names has worked there 2 years and never cared about it before and was cool with the heads. he knows we know because my supervisor yelled his ass off for it so he was walking around today looking pretty scared wouldnt talk to anybody which is a good thing every time he walked past me i gave him the evil eye the heads outnumber the sobers we will prevail

man that sober guy should be dragged out into the parking lot, tied to the back of a truck and driven around for a few hours.

I am sorry to hear the news.

Drug testing is so ridiculous. OK for certain jobs I understand i.e. school bus drivers, pilots you know those kind of jobs. Let's say I show up to work everyday ON TIME and WORK HARD but I smoke pot so I can get fired...Now lets say that I have one other person who does my job in the office and they ARE LATE sometimes, and sometimes they DON'T WORK HARD...they don't do drugs but they're a raging boozer......they don't get fired...sounds like it's fair to me..NOT....isn't that discrimination. Not to mention a violation of my privacy/rights.

damright boozers they should do a comparison potheads and boozers we had i guy come to work drunk as fuck and because he worked there for years they just sent him home but another guy came in stoned they fire him now thats bullshit
