contrary to popular rumour; there is NO evidence that goldenseal, vinegar, niacin, or vitamin C help. However, high-dosage aspirin may reduce the sensitivity of the EMIT urine test for pot (only). Many people wash themselves out for several days in advance by drinking a lot and exercising, but there is no reason to think this is useful. In no case should you give your first urine of the morning, since drug metabolites tend to build up during your sleep.

While you're loading up on water before the test, you may also want to take a large dose (50-100 milligrams) of vitamin B-2, available in B-complex multivitamins (avoid multivitamins like berocca, these cause urine to fluoresce and give the game away ) The purpose of this is to colour your urine yellow (test your vitamins 2 days before you take the test to ensure you can produce good colour urine), since otherwise you are likely to produce clear, watery urine, which makes some collectors suspicious. In rare instances, some labs will reject a sample for being too watery; in this case, however, they will typically give you a second chance. Wait until your test results have been confirmed before indulging in compromising behaviour.

You can boost your fluid output by taking diuretics, which stimulate urination. Weak diuretics include coffee, cranberry juice, certain health food products and over-the-counter pills for pre-menstrual water retention. If you're taking the test on very short notice, you may wish to resort to more potent diuretics, which are widely prescribed to treat high blood pressure. Although strong diuretics, such as furosemide (Lasix®), are available only on prescription in the U.S., they can be had over-the-counter in Mexico and other foreign countries. Beware as they can be dangerous for certain persons, such as diabetics or pregnant women, and can cause problems if taken over extended periods. Diuretics can be detected in urine, but are rarely checked except for athletes.

The following regime has been suggested by a former army drug testing officer (Robert Freeman, "How to 'Beat' a Drug Test," High Times, Aug. 198: Take an 80-milligram dose of Lasix; take a hefty drink of water; piss two or three times, then take the test. If you're lucky and didn't smoke too much pot, a good washout may get you past a test on a couple days' notice. However, regular smokers should allow at least a week or two if at all possible.

This process takes five days, you need to be committed in order to successfully test clear for the urine test. There are some products out on the market that are effective, but a lot of them can be overly expensive. Eating habits will need to be changed, and you need to drink 8 glasses (at least 16oz) of liquid for each of the five days (40 glasses total). Below are a list of examples of what foods/liquids that you can/cannot consume for the 5 days of detoxification:

Liquids you CAN drink:
Water, Ocean Spray Juice, Iced tea (no sugar), Mineral Water, Diet soda (read labels) or Herb tea (no barley, dates, figs, sugar).

Liquids you CANNOT drink:
Orange Juice, Cola, Sprite, Mountain Dew, Lemonade, Grapefruit Juice, Beer
Hard Liquor, Any caffinated liquid or artificial sweeteners.

Foods you CAN eat:
Any type of meat, cheese, eggs, fowl, fish, shellfish.
Veggies: Lettuce, Romaine, Arugula, Endive, radishes, peppers, chives, parsley, cucumber, celery, olives, mushrooms, alphalfa sprouts, bok choy, asparagus, string beans, cabbage, beet greens, chard, eggplant, kale, onion, snow peas, turnips, pumpkin, broccoli, spinach, avocado, tomato, squash, collard greens and artichokes.

Foods you CANNOT eat:
Bread, cookies, pasta, oranges, grapefruits, potato chips, pancakes, carrots, rice, potato’s, ice cream, pizza, french fries, honey, bananas and chocolate (ANYTHING WITH SUGAR IN IT).

THC clings to fatty cells in your body; in order to flush all THC out of your system you cannot consume anything with sugar. If you fail this simple task you will have to start all over again, at times it may be difficult to avoid these things, but "no pain no gain". Urinate as frequently as possible, if urine is not yellowish in color they may not accept it, so an hour before you take the test, take a multi-vitamin and some vitamin C pills, brings color to urine. Avoid multivitamins like berocca. These cause urine to fluoresce and give the game away. Test your vitamins 2 days before you take the test to ensure you can produce good colour urine.

DRUG SCREENS: It has been suggested that the ingestion of certain substances might alter body chemistry so as to disguise drug use. Although many products are currently being marketed as drug screens in head shops, High Times etc, few have any solid scientific basis. Activated charcoal, a common detoxifier, might help lower metabolite levels a bit in long-term users if taken over the course of some days or weeks. It has been suggested on theoretical grounds that lecithin, a food emulsifier, might also be useful if taken over extended periods, but this hasn't been proven. A number of high-priced herbal teas and powders are promoted as urine cleansers, with no good medical rationale. While some users have reported remarkable success with them, many others have not. Independent experiments suggest that it may be water dilution, not the screen itself that accounts for success.

Doob, I use magnesium citrate. It's a lax. But it has never failed me!

Ok this works for me but may not work for you.
There is a product called Redy Clean at head shops and online. At local head shops here its about 30-$35 but online you can get it for 15-$20.

A few weeks back i had to go for a drug test for a new job and i thought it would be the standard urin test...NOPE! I got to the job sight thinking i would pick up my paper work to go do my piss test. I had my ready clean in the car ready to go and i go inside and BAMM the manager said ok lets do it. He broke out this box of swabs "all legit packaged drug test" and opened it up and it was this sponge like swab that i had to put between my cheek and gum untill it got juciy (this is no bs). And i did smoke that day. The dude takes it and rings it out on the test strip..The good news is we started to bs and he did not even look at it and tossed it in the trash and said i passed.
So fyi places are getting sneaky about these things.

At my headshop they sell a pouch of fake urine attatched to a velcro belt that wraps around your waiste. It has a small tube to slip thru your zipper to pee into the cup.

I think it costs like $60. My GF who is a flight attndt uses it to pass NTSB drug screenings. I used it to get my job Im at now...and another time for a part time.

Her friends use it too...one was hired for JP Morgan as bank mangr. and another is a nurse. We all passed urine tests using this stuff. I'll look for the name of it ans post it.

they sell drinks at gnc for like 50$ and its worked everytime ive used em..its used the day of but makes u shit alot...but i had to piss for a county job and passed no problem.

I made a homemade version of this! It involves a rubber glove, some duct tape, and a friend that is clean, however I do not think it will work for you because your test is for probation and not a job.

McDoobie--- Do they watch you pee? Do you know if they do a strip test, or send it to a lab?

They watched me too...well watched me go to the urinal and pull that cord outta my draws. Mine had a temp strip too. It shows the safe temp range in green...too hot or too cold and thats red...dont use if its not within the green range....human body temp. And the shit lasts like 1.5 years if you keep it outta the sun/too much heat.
