yea i was told by my brother he had got raided but i never knew his story was on the interwebs...sucks to hear about all the providers going to jail...he was is a really nice guy from what i've heard

They wouldn't let him introduce evidence in court? How can they do that? They can have evidence against him, but he can't have evidence to prove his innocence?
