got me a job today!! doin some commercial construction... will last till july... if i dont get on with a local crew... also got another job offer this morning; for full time, or side work.

after working back on a construction site today, i have to say, son of a bitch it feels good to do some REAL work for a change... have been having hell with employment for the past year; last 2 jobs were cutting meat, and folding clothes..... now i can possibly start going to sleep at night

anyone else like to labor??

I grew up on a farm and loved it---but I sit on my ass now---I look forward to mowing the lawn, putting down mulch, shoveling snow, and racking leaves though

Yeah...my family all works in offices and I can't see how they do it. I tried it, and being confined under fluorescent lights while sitting in one place for 8 hours wasn't doing it for me. So, props to you for being able to do it.
