So I don't smoke very often, in fact hardly ever, but last night was a very interesting night for me..and all of my friends. So we were just sitting around in a friend's apartment drinking a little and light up a "Sherlock bubbler". They had just smoked some just before I got there so there was some left to be finished off. So one of my friends lights it up and takes a hit. Since I smoke very rarely I decided to let my gf be my decision, so if she smokes then I'll smoke. So she says she'll smoke too so I go a head light it up before it gets to her. She doesn't smoke a whole lot either really. I might not smoke much as in daily or even weekly, but I have smoked many many times before..so I know how to smoke and everything, that's not a problem. Most of the time when I smoke I just smoke a joint or something with friends. The last time I smoked (before this time that I'm speaking of) was with a water bong, etc. Anyways, last time we smoked for about 45 min or so and I just got stoned and basically sat and talked and laughed my ass off all night with the guys. This time was a little different. I attempted a huge hit..right? So I light it up and build up the smoke and inhaling some at the same time, carb it, etc..and clear the remainder all in one long ass inhale. Then I just hold it for about 1.5-2 minutes..you get the point. Anyway it takes like 5 minutes and I'm already feeling the slightest affects from it which is what I'm very familiar with. So I'm feeling relaxed kind of tired, not really sure what everyone else is talking about, constantly zoning out for 5-10-20 minutes at a time just lost in thought, listening to cool noises, feeling an sense of lack of control..like I'm just there, no longer running my body..simply because I don't feel like I have the strength to.

Ok, so I hope I haven't totally confused you or lost you yet..now, I started to get the odd urge to..how do I explain this..I guess kind of burp, but not for the noise, just because I felt like it was a forced reaction...uncontrollable. This started out extremely light/soft so I didn't think anything of it. Then it started getting stronger and strong and stronger. It felt like my adams apple was slowly gliding across the skin of my neck and it bothered me..a lot actually. The urge was so uncontrollable that I just gave up trying to hold it back. Then my body began to pulse, I know you all know what I'm talking about cause I've felt a slight pulse plenty of times before, this one of course being the strongest. It was like waves of warm and cold spaced about 6 inches or so a part that ran from my toes to the top of my help at a medium pace. My hands began to tingle a little and as time went on I began to feel hot and sweaty and I felt extremely weak..not just weak like I was super relaxed or anything, more along the lines of being physically sick kind of weak. This is what probably made that night so memorable for my friends. I tried to hold off from saying anything for about 25-30 minutes from the point that it all started, but then the uncontrollable urge to silently burp was driving me crazy. I looked at one of my friends and he immediately asked me if I was feeling ok. He told me later that the blood had completely rushed out of my face. And I just looked at him and kind of said like yea I think so. Then I started going on this "trip" is the only word I can use to come near what I'm trying to describe. I start getting this feeling like the apartment that I'm in is just a picture..one that moves just like you see them in your own eyes, except I was (just imagine this..) stretched out of the picture, except they couldn't see anything that I saw so everything was normal to them. This is about the time that I start looking around and start getting a little worried. I completely felt high and knew what it was, but I reached a new level that was fresh and a bit scary to me. This is about the time that I stand up and they all look at me like dude are you ok, and I just said..something's not right. It began to feel like I was acting out a dream or a cartoon. I was wishing to God that it was just a dream but I couldn't wake up. Ok, so while I feel like I'm stretched out into "space" if you will..I start feeling stronger and stronger pulses and my ears started ringing extremely loud..it got to the point that I couldn't hear anything that they were trying to say to me and I couldn't hear my own voice at all. My vision started blurring...keep in mind that my mind was functioning just fine the entire time, so it felt like a seizure or a comma that I had no control over. The strong pulses got slower and stronger until they were pulsing about once every 8 seconds, and I came to find out that it was my heart beat that was slowing way down and my gf was worried about me the entire night. So I'm trapped in this unreal world and at this point I don't know what to think so I never really considered that it could be the pot cause I'd never experienced anything like it before. I felt like my body was fading away and that I was slowly slipping out of the world. I know this may sound extreme a tad bit, but I was scared out of my mind. I couldn't justify what was happening so I began to think that it was the real world and that I was eternally falling and forced to silently burp all while my friends stare at me not knowing exactly what is going on. I had to get up and walk out side for some fresh air and that helped a bit, but by that point I had lost almost all of my strength so I almost collapsed. I sat back down on the couch and aid my head in my gf's lap and waited out some of it for about 30 minutes. I guess I just learned through this how real things can seem. I was pacing back and forth trying to figure out if I was in some stupid dream or if it were real..and if it were real..what the hell was happening and why did it defy everything I ever knew. They grabbed me a soda and I drank it for a little bit as I came back down off of my high and I began to realize what the hell happened to me and what kind of show I just put on for my friends. As it wore off my vision was still pulsing...the kind where your eyes roll up a tad, dart back down and roll up again, over and over so your vision looks like it keeps jumping. That is when I decided that I was just dreaming, no way I really felt that close to letting go completely. I mean at the worst part of it I felt like I was fighting for my life..I was having trouble breathing between forced silent burps, I was sweating a lot, too weak to hold myself up. I told them that it felt like a psychological disorder that I was aware of the entire time but could not control.

Oh yeah, that when I got this random thought that...maybe getting high is a way that we tap into other parallel universes mentally. I know it was a "high" thought and probably doesn't make much sense now to anyone, but I was thinking how crazy it would be if we were mentally connecting to alternate universes when we are high where everyone has slightly different setting, so with each frame in your life you are seeing different frames from various parallel universes while everyone around you is either straight and locked into the current universe..or they are lost in their own worm hole, hehe. I often think deeply on stuff like space, lol.

Back to the story tho, my hearing skills increased by like 1000%, lol. There was a clock in the room above my head and I got to the point to where I could hear each "second" clicking noise very clear..so clear that I could break down the noise. I could hear 2 distinct tones that were played, not just one as I had always normally heard. I could even distinguish between the 2 tones, one hits about a millisecond before the other, so to the average human it sounds like one tone...either that or I'm full of shit and was just hearing things while I was high, lol, I wouldn't put it past me.

But now that I found a whole new level (to me of course), I just wanted to extend the details to you all and see if you all could add things that you felt while you were in a very similar high. I really just kind of want to remember everything that I felt and I think that if you mention something I forgot about that I'll remember it too. I did some quick searches and it seems to be called something like a full body high, or something like that, but it scared the hell out of me until I realized what was happening at the end of it.

oh yeah..we were watching fear and loathing in los vegas while this happened, lol. and to top that off, my friends said it was the 3 most intense minutes of their lives when I was like something's not right, whats going on and all of that...then I slowly realized and had to let it ware off. If I think of anything else I'll add it in.

I've gotten so high off brownies that I was having visuals like acid or mushrooms, I ate about a 1/2oz of schwag in the brownies, after about two hours I was feeling really high, about five hours after eating them (like 2pm) I couldn't stop from falling asleep I was so high, I woke up an hour later because my friend wanted to go out and smoke a cigarette, and the carpet was crawling and had patterns all over, the walls were flexing, I saw tracers the size of mack trucks, I was still stoned when I woke up the next morning after going to bed at around 1am.

sounds like you got hold of some really good smoke to me not to mention since you hardly ever smoke you got the full effect.

The part you mention about your hearing being acute happens to me too... Despite not touching the volume on the remote control after I blaze the volume seems to have gotten louder and sometimes I just think I hear things (Paranoid).

Theres nothing better than lighting up with good freinds and making each other laugh...sometimes so hard you dont think you can stop.

damn dude you were trippin bad. The biggest trip i ever had i was smokeing some fire ass nugs by myself and was in the middle of a hit when i heard someone yell my name and scream for me. it was like that till i ignored it and passed out having some wierd dream.

the difference ein high's you describe sounds like the difference between indica and sativa.

or the differance between pot(whatever) that was cooked at too high of a temperature, vs. something cooked at a lower temp.

could have multiple things leading to those effects, anything from the fact that you can hold a big hit for 1.5-2 minutes (jesus fuckin christ man are you like an olympic diver, did you get a lung transplant from a dolphin or such things as temp of the burn, how much youd eatin that day, whether or not it was laced with something, or it could have just been a new kind of thc to your body (i seem to remeber there are over 9 types of naturally occuring thc compounds, and 4 that can only be chemically synthesized (im on some meds that have my memory all fucked, so if ive got them numbers wrong please correct me)
