it came to us yesterday. i was warned by a co-worker ahead of time so it wasn't so bad a surprise. it was a full page policy but i didn't read it. i just signed it then went out back and got high.

i'm pretty sure he did it for insurance reasons. to cover his own ass. he came out and had a beer with us that afternoon. he does this a lot. "if i smell weed 1 more time everyone is getting sent home!!" 2 days later i'm kicking him a sack.

yeah I went for a interview and the boss was going over a substance abuse policy and he looked at me winked his eye and said I wouldn't worry about this to much if I were you I can take care of this.

yeah that is just part of the insurance policy.

My sister and I had to take drug tests for when our father got life insurance policies on us.

It is in case you get hurt on the job.
The first thing the doctor will do after taking care of your injury is do a drug test.
If you fail the insurance does not pay.
It is up to the boss to fire you or not.

A smaller company where the boss smokes is probably the best place for a pothead to be working.
They tend to cover you when necessary.

I have been there myself.
I used to bar tend at a bar on the lake where I live.
My boss bought his herb from me.
He just would not let me sell any at the bar since the Solicitor was a frequent customer.
I had people meet me in the parking lot.
