drug test help..

ok so just wanted to start this thread to help me and maybe alot other people on here, i want this to be seriouse so

what are some things one can do or drink to pass a drug test or to even help you clear thc from your system, pee, blood, or hair?

i heard drinking alot of cramberry juice works, and some one else told me pickle juice works too. any others??

I've heard you can dye your hair to pass the hair test. I'd wait for someone else to vouch on this one.

synthetic urine is where its at.

i did pass a test in the army by taking 2 drops of a SERIOUSLY Poisonous chem (not naming the household chem cause someone will try and die) in a full cup of milk, i was ok, sick feeling to stomach, HORRIBLE TASTE! thinking of it makes me want to vomit, but passed test. now i have heard that the army just collects random samples and only tests random # of those samples, so i could of just not been tested even though i pee'ed and took 5 yrs off my life. but my room mate came up hot for thc and i didnt?

If its hair = You're screwed if its within I think 3 months I think, unless the bleach thing works, which I doubt because they test what's in the follicle and that probably is not affected by bleach (Just a guess).

Blood = Stay very hydrated and work out a lot.

Pee = Hydrate yourself and I have heard Cranberry Juice as well.

This is just what I have gathered from my friends being tested and what they did, I myself have never been tested yet.

I agree with this, really the best things you can do are just exercise and keep hydrated. I'm pretty skeptical about those costly detox systems...but whatever works for you.
