But have any of you KNOWN a person that has been attacked? Have you looked with your own eyes upon the scars that were left behind? Have you talked to them and heard their tales of financial hardship that followed these attacks?

I actually KNOW these people, I SAW the stitches. The girl who saw her mother being attacked still wakes up screaming at night because of it. Do you suggest they go and get a pitt bull too?

No because the amount of attacks are so little......

I have however seen people from my country get chopped up in pieces by machetes or gunned down in the street right in front of me

Yes, I have been bit. I have scares. No I dont wake up screaming cus I was bit by someone else's dog. I should have known better. Dogs were wild animals, did you forget? Would you try to feed a bear?

I'm still standing by it's the owners... my parents had one and he was like a big marshmellow when it came to people... but other dogs are a completely different issue.

you can't bash the type of dog it is... some dogs are just messed in the head......
like some people are messed in the head.... atleast some parts of attacks has to do with the enviroment they are brought up in, as well as the training of the dog, and the mental state of the dog... it could be something small like a scent that is on you that will just set a dog off..... if it's not all there in the noggin anyway....

I live in the middle of nowhere, population 5000 and personally know 2 people who have been attacked, seems like there are more attacks than you all are aware of.


Bleezy, it was a 5 year old child that saw her mother attacked by the dogs that were owned by the people who babysat the girl everyday. I would think if that happened to you at that age, you would be haunted by it FOREVER.
