Stinks of racism to me...

It's at least stereotypical.

Why does colour have to be the issue?

Isn't "how to dance like a middle aged father?" just as funny a title?

Yes it is stereotypical and that's why it's funny. Stereotypes exist for a reason. I don't think it's racist though...
