I think Rashad has equal stand up on the technical side and more power than Griffen. Rashad's also a really good wrestler and not afraid to swallow his pride and lay on a guy if he can't win standing. I'm not a fan of the lay and pray but I think a combination of strong wrestling and powerful striking is the answer to beating Griffen. Forrest has more heart than almost anyone in the game so you have to overpower him and wear him down early so that you can mount on offense later in the fight when he is running on fumes of pure heart. Griffen is a decision fighter so you have to make that lack of finishing power work against him.
